Interesting: the Bible in acts 2:34 is a portion of scripture that recites Peterโs proclamation that God the Father said to his son Jesus โฆ. the Christ, to sit at his right hand until I (God the father) makes your enemies your footstool. This was a passage that David spoke in the Old Testament making David a prophet. Because it came true. The Holy Spirit speaking through Peter called David a prophet in this passage. From Gods perspective David was the intersection of church (prophet) and state (king - ruler). Since Jesus being God and the exact representation of the Father, I believe he is telling you and I to sit down and relax at His (Jesus) right hand until HE makes your enemies your footstool. Donโt do it in your own strength, but pray about your situation and watch God do the work.
